With over 30 years of experience, Cathy has cooked for luminaries such as Prince, Cher, Diana Ross, Paul Simon, Bonnie Raitt and David Byrne of Talking Heads during her stint in rock’n’roll catering.
Cathy co-owned a multi award-winning bistro in Ohio, US, which also garnered an award for building restoration. Upon her return to Australia she opened Greens Café in Bondi, which was listed as one of Sydney’s top 10 Cafes by The Sydney Morning Herald. Cathy also created the award-winning Princess Pantry range of jams and preserves, which she now hand-makes from her big country kitchen at Little Kickerbell.
Cathy’s style of food is constantly evolving through her adventures in travel and reading, working with other creatives and responding to what the seasons and inspiring locations bring to her table. She loves to personalise menus in response to her clients’ preferences and focuses on creating vibrant, seasonal, imaginative food that is memorable and sustaining, providing the perfect backdrop for warm celebratory occasions.
